SCRC stands for Solutions to Conflict in Retirement Communities.  We are the only mediation service in the UK that specialises in working in retirement housing settings.  We work with residents and staff to resolve disputes and create strong communities.  Our mission is to help people find better ways of living and working together in all forms of retirement housing, including sheltered, leasehold and extra-care settings.

SCRC grew out of Age UK’s Advice, Information and Mediation Service (AIMS).  SCRC provides the same high quality service that AIMS did, with the same group of mediators.  We offer a wider range of services than before, including:
